This position is based in Homer with required day trips to Seldovia.
The Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW, not LPC), Specialty Care, is a key part of the health center treatment team. This position assists members within an interdisciplinary treatment team, including primary care, dental, massage, acupuncture, and behavioral health to identify, triage and manage patients with medical and behavioral health problems within the primary care setting.
Type of Employment: In-person, not a remote position
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Salary Range: $100,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on experience

$100,000 to $105,000 depending on experience
Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
