Locums Portland, OR ENT/Urology APP Please note, this is for an APP who has experience with ENT but we would like them to do post op visits on urology patients as well if they are comfortable. Flexible endoscopy experience preferred. Evaluation of tonsil, adenoid, and otitis media are most common office diagnosis. Experience with nasal cautery, foreign body removal preferred. Coverage will amount out to about 4 days a week possibly as listed above. Provider will need to be credentialed with the payors which will take some time so targeting a end of August, September 1 start date. Interviews will be with the physician leader who is mainly available on Tuesdays between 1-2pm PST. It will be a teams interview. Please list in the bid presentations if this availability will work for your provider or if another time will need to be accomodated.
