The Position
Outpatient Family Medicine Clinic
Union Environment
Clinic Open from 8a-5p M-F (except Thu. 10a-5p)
18 – 22 patients/shift must be able to see all ages
40% of population speak Spanish
32 clinic hrs./wk. & 8 admin. hrs. remote/wk. (can take all 8 remote admin. hrs. in one day or split-up) Very flexible
Tuition reimbursement up to $50k

Compensation and benefits
Pay rate DOE (i.e. Salary of $105k for 1 yr. exp. and 15 yrs. $150 - $155K) compensation stage can also increase if bilingual, annual raise on anniversary.**Our union scale only accounts for 15 years of experience, after that they are technically "off scale " and we have a bit more room to play around. Language skills also would take someone with 15 years of experience off scale.**
