Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider

Location: York, PA

Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Champion:

Full-time 4-day work week (four 10-hour shifts) for consistency and flexibility
Participate in inpatient rounding, consults, and care coordination across the continuum
Perform evaluations, follow-ups, and management of gastrointestinal (GI) disorders
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and GI-specific diagnostics to develop evidence-based care plans
Provide clear education and support to patients and families to improve outcomes and adherence
Work closely with gastroenterologists, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Ideal for Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) seeking GI-focused clinical growth
