BMS Family Health and Wellness Centers is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Nurse Practitioner – Adult Medicine to join our growing team in Brooklyn, NY. The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, including preventive screenings, health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic medical conditions. As a key member of our clinical team, you will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient care.

Salary: $140,000-150,000 annually
Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
