The location -

Population of 13,000. The City of La Grande is the economic, educational, recreational, and cultural hub for eastern Oregon, with a family oriented, small-town character. You are 2 hours southeast of Kennewick, WA. 2.5 hours north of Boise and 4 hours east of Portland.

The organization -

Grande Ronde Hospital is a not-for-profit, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital (CAH). In addition to the Hospital and its broad range of diagnostic, surgical and therapeutic outpatient services, the main facility also houses the Regional Hematology and Oncology Clinic, the Family Birthing Center, the Rehabilitation Therapy Department and Gym, and the Home Care Services Department which includes Home Health Services and Hospice Care. Grande Ronde Hospital is the only hospital in Union County, Oregon.

The position -

Four 10-hour days per week
Average 12-14 patients per day
No Call requirements
Full-time, permanent
Established practice with 1 full-time physician and 1 full-time nurse practitioners

Compensation and benefits -

Base salary of $140,000
$20,000 commencement bonus
Quality bonus up to $13,000 per year
$8,000 annual CME licensing, dues, subscription
