LCHC is seeking a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine to join their team, caring for a culturally diverse patient population of all ages. This role involves providing comprehensive healthcare in a team-based environment, integrated with behavioral health providers and supported by a multidisciplinary staff. The successful candidate will contribute to a positive team atmosphere and deliver high-quality, data-driven patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide appropriate health care and teaching to patients and their families
Take care of patients on-site and remotely
Excel in providing high quality care for patients, driven by data, and inspired by our relationships with patients and their families
Participate in organization provided continuing education on an ongoing basis, including a subscription to Up to Date

Requirements

Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Massachusetts license for the practice of medicine
CPR certification
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
