We are in search of an experienced, dynamic Family Nurse Practitioner to join one of our primary care sites at La Clinica, a Federally Qualified Health Center, located in beautiful Southern Oregon. As a primary care medical home, we serve 28,000 patients annually throughout our six health care centers, 34-chair dental clinic, and mobile health center – a 40-foot converted RV. We are an innovative non-profit organization, with the focus on providing exceptional health care to all who have barriers to care, and include integrative behavioral and dental health care in our practices.

Support staff with Lab Tech, MA's and triage Nurse
M-F Clinic open 9 - 6 and Sat 9 - 2 (rotation for Sat's)
EMR Epic
Starting ASAP upon credentialing

COMPENSATION:
Salary: $135-$159K

NHSC Loan Repayment: This position is at a National Health Service Corps (NHSC)-approved site. Base salary: $135,000 - $159,000/yr. Providers here may qualify for up to $75,000 in tax-free federal student-loan repayment over a 2-year full-time commitment — a total potential first-two-years package of up to $393,000 ($318,000 in base salary over two years + up to $75,000 in loan repayment). Award amounts depend on the annual application cycle and your eligibility.
