The Position
Outpatient Primary Care role
Can work a 4 day or 5 day week
Clinic is open Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
Seeing all ages of patients
14 - 16 patients per day
High concentration of chronic illness
Working with Physicians and APP's
Call (Telephone only, 1 week out of every 12 weeks)
EMR - Athena Health

Compensation and benefits
Salary range - $115,000 - $155,000 DOE

NHSC Loan Repayment: This position is at a National Health Service Corps (NHSC)-approved site. Base salary: $115,000 - $155,000/yr. Providers here may qualify for up to $75,000 in tax-free federal student-loan repayment over a 2-year full-time commitment — a total potential first-two-years package of up to $385,000 ($310,000 in base salary over two years + up to $75,000 in loan repayment). Award amounts depend on the annual application cycle and your eligibility.
