Responsibilities

Coordinate care through a collaborative care model
Direct patient care
Assure that patient rights are observed and followed
Attend all required in-service training programs, staff meetings, and provider contract negations
Assist fellow clinicians as necessary to facilitate effective and timely health care to the patients of JVCHC
Recommend to the Medical Director equipment/supply needs of the clinic
Follow and provide services to JVCHC patients at local non-JVCHC sites in order to maintain continuity of care
Provide services under contract on behalf of JVCHC as reflected in agreements between JVCHC and other parties for contracts for services

Requirements

Appropriate Degree Level Required for Role Applying to
Midlevels: advanced training and license
Doctors: license, degree from accredited Medical School, and residency completed by the time you would like to start
