The Area

Moses Lake Community Health Center has three Washington State locations in Moses Lake, Quincy, and Ephrata.

Moses Lake is a rapidly growing city known for its excellent outdoor activities and proximity to the Cascade Mountains and Columbia River. Located on the I-90 Corridor, it provides easy access to the metropolitan areas of Seattle and Spokane.

Quincy, a long-established farming community in the heart of the state, is home to a growing technology industry, several local wineries, and thriving historical tourism.

Ephrata, the county seat of Grant County, offers recreation, quiet neighborhoods that are affordable for families, a mild climate, and that small-town feel.

The Group
For more than 40 years, Moses Lake Community Health Center has been dedicated to serving the families of central Washington, expanding our services with the goal of building healthier communities through high quality, compassionate, and comprehensive care.

MLCHC is governed by a board of directors, which regularly assesses the needs of community residents. At least 60% of board members are patients of the health center.

Founded in 1978 as a regional dental clinic, MLCHC quickly added physicians to meet the need for medical care as well. The initial staff consisted of one physician, one physician's assistant, and two dentists. Today, more than 300 staff members provide primary, preventive, and specialty care along with dental services to every part of our community.

Salary range: 123,100k - 184,000k DOE

NHSC Loan Repayment: This position is at a National Health Service Corps (NHSC)-approved site. Base salary: $123,100 - $184,000/yr. Providers here may qualify for up to $75,000 in tax-free federal student-loan repayment over a 2-year full-time commitment — a total potential first-two-years package of up to $443,000 ($368,000 in base salary over two years + up to $75,000 in loan repayment). Award amounts depend on the annual application cycle and your eligibility.
