The Area
Mossyrock is in the heart of the Lakes District. The city has recently completed a main street renovation, and the charming downtown includes restaurants, lodging, outfitters and a small theater. Mossyrock is a popular base camp for travelers fishing the Cowlitz River, Mayfield Lake, and Riffe Lake. Mossyrock also is the location of DeGoede's Bulb Farm & Gardens, which includes a popular display garden. "Mossy Rock's” first post office was established in 1875. The city lost it's two-word spelling in 1895 to become Mossyrock.

The Group
The Arbor Health Foundation is a volunteer-based organization that functions with the sole purpose of supporting Arbor Health-Morton Hospital, Mossyrock Clinic, Morton Clinic and Randle Clinic. Morton Hospital's status as a Critical Access Hospital is the result of a determination by the federal and state governments that access to the hospital is critical to the residents of East Lewis County. The designation, which dramatically influences Medicare and Medicaid's compensation rate, limits us to 25 acute-care beds.

Will be working with a MD and DO physician Each provider has a dedicated MA. There is an additional MA who works the lab. Three patient access personnel.
EMR system - Cerner/Oracle Millenium
The individual must work well in a team situation. Must be willing to work with the other providers to fill in schedules if needed. Must also participate in committees and work groups as assigned.

NHSC Loan Repayment: This position is at a National Health Service Corps (NHSC)-approved site. Base salary: $136,000 - $158,000/yr. Providers here may qualify for up to $75,000 in tax-free federal student-loan repayment over a 2-year full-time commitment — a total potential first-two-years package of up to $391,000 ($316,000 in base salary over two years + up to $75,000 in loan repayment). Award amounts depend on the annual application cycle and your eligibility.
