It would be their hope to have the provider share their interest to move forward or not through us or directly to Laura. We will help negotiate or answer any questions needed.

El Paso, TX Population: 681,124 | Metro: 838,900 Located on the far western part of Texas GROUP: Salud y Vida has 6 clinics throughout El Paso, TX all within a 15-mile radius of each other. The group consists of 5 physicians, 3 nurse practitioners, and 3 physician assistants. Salud y Vida will see 1,500 patients per week! They have been serving the El Paso community since 1998 in the areas of family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics. Dr. Rafael Armendariz is the owner and founder of the clinic. He is very involved in the recruitment, training, and retention of top talent. Dr. Armendariz is a very skilled physician that will be greatly involved in the education and training of the new provider.

POSITION:
Must be Bilingual - Spanish
Outpatient Family Medicine
Will work 9 to 6 or 8 to 5 M-F Need to stay till last patient seen

1 Saturday per every 6 weeks on a rotating schedule
Seeing children 4 years and up to geriatrics and doing pap smears (no OB)
No Call is required for the incoming provider

COMP & BENEFITS -
2-year agreement:
Starting salary is $100K first year and $115K 2nd year (non-negotiable)
Relocation up to $4,000 reimbursement
Sign-on bonus $5,000
Pay for Health, Vision, Disability
10 days of paid time off, 3 days of sick leave, 5 days for CME, 6 holidays
Malpractice covered
They will pay/reimburse for: TX license, DPS and DEA fees
