Full-time position, 4 days/ week- 32 patient contact hours and 8 hours of clinical asynchronous care time.
Provide comprehensive family medicine services to your own panel of patients.
Work in a collaborative environment, alongside experienced clinicians.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school and current Board Certification in specialty field.
Current Oregon NP or PA license and DEA licensure in good standing.
Minimum of one year of professional clinical experience in family practice or related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience with Epic EMR software
Current Washington NP or PA license for telehealth visits

Compensation:

Salaried/Exempt: Starting at $130,000.00 base salary + RVU access bonus
Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.

One Community Health is currently seeking a full-time dentist to join our dedicated team. This position will play a vital role in providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages within our dental department. Responsibilities include conducting thorough oral examinations, diagnosing various dental conditions, and performing necessary dental procedures. Additionally, the dentist ensures accurate documentation of all dental care provided in the patient's dental record and actively participates in clinical quality monitoring and peer review programs, contributing to ongoing improvement efforts. The role also involves engagement in departmental meetings and educational programs, providing valuable insights and expertise.
