Redwoods Rural Health Center is a FQHC which offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by serving populations that may not otherwise have access to such critical services. RRHC is unique since we offer not only Medical and Dental services but Behavioral Health, Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Nutrition along with Community Support Services where our staff help our houseless population with case management, Medi-Cal, CalFresh, and provide a food pantry.
RRHC offers a four-day work week (not all positions will qualify for the 4 day a week benefit), competitive salary, 4% retirement match, CE leave, CE reimbursement, paid holidays, and health insurance (medical, dental, vision & more). Relocation assistance, sign on bonus and loan repayment options maybe available through HRSA for those who qualify.
RRHC is located in Northern California among the Redwoods, beaches and rivers with easy access to Napa wineries, San Francisco and Pacific coastline. Clean mountain air, local rivers, forested mountains and pristine beaches. Mild winters make for year-round outdoor activities including fishing, rafting, hiking, camping, surfing, beach combing and mountain biking.

Our dedicated and compassionate team strives to meet the needs of the whole person for a diverse range of conditions by delivering high-quality, responsive medical, dental, behavioral health, and acupuncture services.Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
