Family Medicine and Obstetrics Physician

Open Door Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician (MD/DO with OB) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, the physician will diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions along with managing pregnancy, labor and delivery while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive, whole-person care.
As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Open Door Health Services delivers integrated primary care, urgent care, preventive services, and select specialty care, along with vital social support programs. Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
