This opportunity is in our Behavioral Health Department at the corporate headquarters, located in Gadsden Alabama. Gadsden is located on the Coosa River about 56 miles northeast of Birmingham and 90 miles southwest of Chattanooga, Tennessee. It is the primary city of the Gadsden Metropolitan Statistical Area, which has a population of 103,931. As of the 2025 census, the population of the city was 32,890-33,086. Gadsden and Rome, Georgia, are the largest cities in the triangular area defined by the interstate highways between Atlanta, Birmingham, and Chattanooga. The City of Gadsden ranks as the 17th larges in Alabama.
The CRNP provides both primary, preventive, and behavioral health care services according to established protocols and under preceptorship of a designated physician. The position provides direct services for clients; helps in planning and organizing community initiatives; participates in research; educational activities; and other activities. Provides primary care including counseling and referral as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. - Friday 5:00 p.m.
