Job Overview
Horizon Behavioral Health, PLLC (HBH) is seeking a compassionate and Psychiatrist Nurse Practitioner to join our growing outpatient behavioral health practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist seeking a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact in a rural and underserved community.
The provider will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and consultation services within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team that includes psychologists, therapists, certified peer specialists, and care coordination staff.
