About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated clinician to provide high-quality, in-office psychiatric care and medication management. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients while working alongside an integrated, supportive team. This position reports to practice owner and double board certified psychiatrist Dr. Matt Larsen, DO.
Ascend Mental Health is open Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This is a full-time position.

Ascend Mental Health Center is a private practice in Idaho Falls, ID, providing expert psychiatric medication management and psychological/neuropsychological testing services. Our interdisciplinary team includes 8 psychiatric prescribers, 4 residents, and 2 psychologists/specialists.

Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
