Findlay is 45 minutes south of Toledo. Population is 41,000. Upper Sandusky and Carey are both just under 30 minutes from Findlay.

Position details -
Full-time position with some flexibility in schedule
Outpatient-only
Rheumatology practice
Collaborative care model working closely with rheumatology physicians
Average volume: 12–15 patients/day
Shared office phone call: 1:3 rotation
Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions
Cerner EMR, AI-assisted charting
Compensation and benefits -
Salary around $120,000 - $130,000 DOE
