For more than two decades, Kaniksu Community Health has been driven by a clear mission: to provide high‐quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare to every person in our community. This commitment reflects the longstanding purpose of community health centers nationwide, which since 1965 have delivered coordinated, comprehensive care to underserved rural and urban populations across the U.S.

Founded in 2002, Kaniksu began as a small family health center built on the belief that everyone — regardless of insurance, income, or circumstance — deserves exceptional care close to home. Over the years, that vision fueled significant growth as our services expanded to include dental, behavioral health, and pediatric care, extended hours, school‐based mental‐health partnerships, patient assistance, and on‐site pharmacy services.
