Page has a population of 7400. It is the home of tourist attraction "Lake Powell " Lake Powell attracts 2 million visitors per year. It is located about 4 hours east of Las Vegas and 3 hours north of Sedona.

GROUP:

Canyonlands Healthcare is a private, federally qualified, not for profit group with 7 clinics throughout Arizona. FQHC. Their corporate offices are located in Page, AZ.

POSITION:

Full time position
3 - 12 hour shifts per week
Days of week will vary but can include a weekend day depending on rotation
Urgent Care, Walk in patients
Spanish speaking provider would be a plus but not required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Salary of $120,000 - $152,000 DOE

NHSC Loan Repayment: This position is at a National Health Service Corps (NHSC)-approved site. Base salary: $120,000 - $152,000/yr. Providers here may qualify for up to $75,000 in tax-free federal student-loan repayment over a 2-year full-time commitment — a total potential first-two-years package of up to $379,000 ($304,000 in base salary over two years + up to $75,000 in loan repayment). Award amounts depend on the annual application cycle and your eligibility.
