FMCS provides a medical home for children and adults in our care. Managing patient care is a team effort that involves clinical and nonclinical staff (e.g. physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, coordinators, schedulers) interacting with patients and working to achieve high quality care for our patients. Our providers and staff use a team-based approach to care and place a high value on teamwork.
INTRODUCTION
Under the supervision of the Medical Director, the Provider is responsible for, but not limited to, the provision of culturally competent care to patients in his/her/their designated specialty. This includes the diagnosis and treatment of physical and behavioral health conditions, counseling and education, and continued comprehensive health care of any patient seen at FMCS. The Provider is responsible for the clinical and administrative tasks required to deliver quality, safe healthcare services. By the nature of the profession, the level of assignment will call for a maximum degree of knowledge, professional judgment and ingenuity.

Salary Range: $100,000 To $125,000 Annually
Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
