In this Role:You will engage with a patient population of all ages, ranging from newborns to adults, managing a spectrum of family practice needs in an outpatient setting. The role is designed to impact this community positively, providing everything from routine wellness checks to complex care coordination. You will have your own patient panel. PPD can be expected at 16-18. Candidate must have minimum of 2 yr experience.
