Experience:The successful candidate will have received some formal training in suturing and be comfortable practicing in a fast-paced urgent care setting. Individual must be dedicated to the delivery of outstanding care and customer service to patients and their families; have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to function autonomously in the care of challenging patients. Experience as an NP in urgent care or another type of emergency care is ideal, but not required. Diversity is a core value at Beth Israel Lahey Health. Pay Range:
$113,776.00 USD – $154,752.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
