Physician Assistant

Cornerstone Family Healthcare is a patient-focused Federally Qualified Health Center located in the Hudson Valley Regions of upstate New York – just 70 miles north of New York City. We are currently searching for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help build and grow our brand-new Urgent Care in Middletown, NY.

ANNUAL SALARY: $130,000 annually

The Position:

• The position offers an exciting opportunity to help establish a new urgent care while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment. The provider will work as part of a two-person clinical team, delivering efficient, patient-centered care for acute illnesses and minor injuries across the lifespan.
• While Cornerstone providers collaborate closely, this role is ideal for an experienced FNP or PA who is confident practicing independently, making sound clinical decisions in a same-day care environment.

Schedule:

4 – 10-hour workdays. Site will be open Monday through Saturday. Schedule rotates each week but requires working every other Saturday.
