As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services to patients across Lewis, Thurston, and Pacific Counties. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
Position Summary
The ARNP delivers high-quality primary care focused on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. This role emphasizes whole-person care and close collaboration with medical, dental, and pharmacy teams to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
· Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
· Conduct physical exams and health assessments
· Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
· Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Washington law
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
· Educate patients and families on prevention, wellness, and treatment options
· Document patient care accurately and timely in the EMR
· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
· Participate in daily huddles, meetings, and required training
· Support a patient-centered culture of compassion, accessibility, and service excellence
