About this role:
The Pediatric Pulmonary Hyperplasia Program (PHP) at Primary Children’s Hospital is seeking an energetic and passionate individual for a part-time APP position. The APP is an integral provider and clinical leader in the multidisciplinary team beginning with diagnosis and long term follow up as the child grows and develops. The APP will be responsible for leading specific components in patient care, research, and advocacy. This role will include management and continued development of the PHP Program and is an opportunity to develop and grow leadership skills. We are seeking an APP that is interested in leadership and management of complex chronic conditions in the pediatric patient.
Position Specific Duties:
Part time, it is anticipated this APP will typically be scheduled 12 hours per week, during regular clinic hours.

Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories).
