Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a nonprofit health care organization whose mission is to provide exceptional health care to people facing access barriers through clinical programs and education. We provide integrated health care services including medical, dental, and behavioral health through our 20 outpatient health centers. We deliver care with our strong "Hospitality" culture. Our organization has over 800 employees and serves more than 74,300 patients annually in the Pikes Peak and East Central regions of Colorado. Our service area covers 14 counties, from the front range to the Kansas border, with locations throughout Colorado Springs, Fountain, Divide, Limon, and Strasburg. Peak Vista is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC).
Compensation (Pay): $117,374 to $144,355/yearly, based on experience. Plus a $10,000 Sign On Bonus.
*Other compensation may include signing bonuses, rural differentials, and relocation reimbursement.

Our ideal candidate has a strong desire to make a difference in the community. Embraces a team-based approach to care, integrated behavioral health and dental services. Ability to utilize a template based EMR (next gen), has an unrestricted Colorado medical license, prefer an active DEA, comfortable seeing all ages. This center has the capacity to expand its pediatric services. Must average 20 patients/day. Bilingual would be a plus.
Federal and State funds are available for loan repayment for eligible candidates. Peak Vista offers a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, optional long term and short-term disability and a 403b retirement fund. Additionally, because Peak Vista is a FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center), the provider’s malpractice insurance is covered through FTCA (Federal Tort Claims Act) government funds.
