Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice

Private, non-profit CHC seeking a mid-level to provide primary and preventive care to patients of all ages. Hours are M,T,W 8-5, Th 8-7, and F 8-2. No hospital call, malpractice is provided, excellent benefits and competitive salaries.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Licensed Practical Nurse works as part of the clinic provider team and assists the medical providers in the provision of primary health care. The nurse provides direct patient services and performs specifically designated independent procedures. The primary focus of the Licensed Practical Nurse is the delivery of quality nursing care in a timely and cost efficient manner.

•Sign up for a bonus of $3000 with a one-year commitment.

• Opportunity to receive two certifications in a 12-month period (5% for each qualifying certification)

• 5 working days of paid leave and up to $2,500 for continuing medical education when resources are available. Tuition, travel expenses, cost of education materials, and any dues or fees which are necessary for earning CME hours may be paid with these funds. These funds will be allocated at the beginning of each fiscal year (July1st) and will be prorated based upon hire date.
