How many hours per week: 40
Whom else will the provider be working with?, is this a solo position: Must have 3 years experience! Candidate must be able to manage their own patient panel, with experience managing their own patient panel. However, they do have physician mentorship.
What are the typical work hours: 8a-5p (two 4-hour shifts per day)
How many patients per day: Minimum Goal - 9 patients per shift, 18 per 8 hour day

Compensation and benefits
Salary range: $148,627.20–$168,553.60Production or quality incentive: Yes, there are incentives
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO - providers hitting their expected 9 patients per shift (18 per full day) $12,400 Annually - IF they see 10-12 patients per shift (20 - 22 per full day) $44,000 Annually.
Sign on bonus: Up to $25K

A ccrual based upon years of service: 1-4.99 years = 15 days; 5-9.99 = 20 days, 10-14.99 = 25 days, greater than 15 = 30 days Benefits: Full Comprehensive

CME time: 40 Hours/Calendar Year (no rollover)
CME allowance & Licensure, membership fees paid: $5K (split up how they choose to use)
Relocation assistance: Up to $25K

4. Teams/Zoom with VP of Health Services
5. Site visit - They cover all interview expenses including family
IF THE PROVIDER IS INVITED OUT FOR A SITE VISIT, THEY HAVE BASICALLY ALREADY DECIDED THEY ARE GOING TO MOVE FORWARD WITH AN OFFER. THE SITE VISIT IS A FORMALITY FOR SEEING THE SITES, DECIDING WHICH SITE IS BEST, WHERE THEIR CRITICAL NEED IS ETC.
