Goshen, Indiana CRNA Locum Tenens | Diverse Case Mix Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for an exciting new long-term locum tenens opportunity in northern Indiana. This high-volume anesthesia program offers broad case exposure, supervised autonomy, and consistent scheduling in both hospital and ASC settings. Assignment Details Location: Goshen, Indiana Start Date: September 29, 2025 | Ongoing coverage through 2026 Schedule: Core: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM Call: 3:30 PM – 7:30 AM (3 weeknights per month, primary in-house with secondary 30-min response) Coverage Blocks Needed: Sept 29 – Oct 6–10 Oct 12, 13–17 (x3), Oct 20–24, Oct 27–31 (x2) Nov 3–7, Nov 10–14, Nov 17–21, Nov 24–28 Dec 8–12, Dec 15–19, Dec 22–28, Dec 29 – Jan 2, 2026 (x4) Practice Model: 6 CRNAs 5 MDs daily; all providers work their own cases (supervised model, no direct supervision) Sites: Main hospital (8 ORs) ASC (endo-heavy; 2,100 cases annually) Travel & Lodging: Included Case Mix & Clinical Scope Core Cases: General Surgery, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Urology, Gynecology, High-Risk OB (including VBACs), Cancer, Liver Additional Cases: ENT, Radiology with Anesthesia, Cosmetics, Podiatry, Pulmonary, limited Vascular High-Risk OB: ~1,300 births per year; epidurals and spinals required Exclusions: Minimal Cardiac Regional Skills Required: Epidurals, Spinals, Blocks EMR: Medaxion Candidate Requirements Certification: NBCRNA Certified CRNA Licensure: Active/Unrestricted IN License (Temps Available with Clean File) Experience: 2 years required; high-risk OB experience preferred Caselogs: 350 cases within past 12 months (must include epidurals, spinals, and blocks) Certifications: ACLS Why This Assignment?
