Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Rural Health Clinic team. The NP will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, and health education. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of an underserved community while working collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services for patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform physical examinations and preventive health screenings.
• Order, interpret, and review laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in accordance with state regulations.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives.
