VNA Health Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioners to join our health center, IL. A non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center with highly skilled physicians, nurse practitioners and clinical professionals, who have provided high-quality, comprehensive, and compassionate health care to the patients and communities we serve for more than 100 years.

Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
