A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. People First in Mechanicsville Local Team Collaboration: Join our close-knit team of 5 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners at Memorial Regional Medical Center and our larger team of 9 advanced practitioners and 15 physicians across our four critical care programs in the Richmond area. Work alongside an experienced, dedicated critical care team. Qualifications: Board Certified Physician Assistants. Active PA license with at least 3 years of independent critical care experience. Authorized to work in the United States. Practice in the Heart of the Community Scheduling: Modified block scheduling. Nocturnist : 12 hour night shifts. Key Responsibilities: Collaborative ICU coverage with critical care physicians. Management of critically ill patients in the ICU.
