Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice

Full-Time Family Medicine APP for Healthcare System Owned Outpatient Rural Health Clinic.

Treat patients of all ages: Ideally birth to - end of life, willing to consider minimum age of 5

Base Compensation + productivity

Schedule/Hours:

• 4 days / 10 hours shifts and a Saturday rotation every 8 weeks (hours from the weekdays will be reduced)

• 36 patient facing hours / 4 admin hours

No call

Outpatient only

• Professional Liability Insurance

• CME: $2,000 + 5 days off

• Health/Dental/vision

• 401K with employer contribution

• Time off: Providers will accrue 5 sick days, 17 vacation days and will be paid 8 holidays
