Wesley Health Center is looking for Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join our well established and accredited team of providers. As a large Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Arizona, we are dedicated to sustaining and improving health by providing excellent, patient-centered primary care.
In this role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will coordinate with primary medical and behavioral health teams to ensure delivery of comprehensive care to patients. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), you will be working as an integrated team member in one of our primary care clinics. LPCs assess patients, create, and coordinate treatment plans, and oversee the ongoing treatment of assigned patients. LPC’s also can provide traditional counseling/therapy to the pediatrics and adolescent population.
We are looking for skilled Family Medicine clinicians to join our well-established and accredited team of providers at our Phoenix clinics.
Family Medicine clinicians at Wesley Health Center provide high-quality medical care to a wide variety of patients in a comprehensive, quality oriented, and supportive manner. Your role will encompass a broad range of primary care services, focusing on preventive care, health maintenance, the management of acute and chronic medical conditions and follow up services to patients under your care. Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
