The Wellness Plan Medical Centers (TWPMC) is currently looking to expand our services by recruiting for a BOARD CERTIFIED FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN. This position reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer. This role is responsible for health care management and provision of healthcare services to patients consistent with medical practice group principles.
Under the direction of the Dental Director, this position is responsible for performing a full range of dental hygienist's duties, protocols and procedures.
- This position provides preventive, therapeutic and intraoral services; including, but not limited to, performing hygiene duties such as examining teeth and other oral structures, cleaning teeth.
- Promotes dental health by completing dental prophylaxis, scaling, root planning as needed, providing oral cancer screening and radiographic studies.
- Charting conditions of decay and disease.
- Applying sealants, topical fluoride; and performs radiological procedures without the direct supervision of a Dentist.
- Assist in the training of Dental Assistants and other office staff; and development and promotion of opportunities and strategies to build the practice including development of the budget for the Hygienist practice.
- Assist with development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Support a healthy and safe work environment for all employees.
- Maintain facilities and equipment cleanliness and safety and report and /or correct hazard, when necessary, in compliance with all state and federal regulations, including OSHA.
- Ensure compliance with policies and protocols of the organization as well as State, Federal and other regulatory.
- Participate in Performance Management process.
- Provide and practice Customer Service Excellence Standards, Service Steps, and Principles are practiced daily with internal and external customers to the organization.
- Provide and support an environment that fosters diversity and recognizes the contribution of all individuals.
- Acts as a patient advocate and liaison between the patient/family and community service agencies (i.e,. schools, Department of Human Services, Health Care of Homeless, hospitals, support groups).
- Ensures that The Wellness Plan Medical Centers is in compliance with privacy and security regulatory requirements of the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA).

The Wellness Plan Medical Centers (TWPMC) has a opening for a licensed FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER (FNP) - FLOAT join our team. This position reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer. The FNP is responsible for providing primary healthcare to patients and families, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling. The FNP works under direct supervision of the Chief Medical Officer or assigned physician following established guidelines as required and within established scope of practice.
