The Area
Population of 2500. Coastal town with scenic views. Hot spot for tourists. It is 2.5 hours north of Nampa and 3 hours west of Sacramento.
The Group RCMS opened in 1977, incorporated and licensed as a community clinic in 1978 and was designated in 1999 as a Federally Qualified Health Center 330(e). The RCMS Urgent Care Department is one of only a few clinics in California that is designated by the state as an Interim Stabilization Facility, allowing the clinic to receive ambulance transports.
RCMS has played an integral role in the community and has a track record of developing programs to meet stated community needs. In turn, the success of community fundraising events and campaigns is a testament to the value the community places on RCMS.

Big variance in Socioeconomic status of patients
High volume of Adults w/chronic illness
Fair amount of Women's Care
18 - 21 patients per day
Can do 4/10's or 5/8's
Can pick up Urgent Care shifts if provider would like
Provider must be a team player
Excellent support staff

Salary range of $155,000 - $185,000

Federal, State and County Loan Repayment
NHSC Loan Repayment: This position is at a National Health Service Corps (NHSC)-approved site. Base salary: $155,000 - $185,000/yr. Providers here may qualify for up to $75,000 in tax-free federal student-loan repayment over a 2-year full-time commitment — a total potential first-two-years package of up to $445,000 ($370,000 in base salary over two years + up to $75,000 in loan repayment). Award amounts depend on the annual application cycle and your eligibility.
