The Nurse Practitioner gives primary care services to children and/or adults as part of the provider team at Crusader Community Health collaborating with licensed MD/DO physicians. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate and consult when necessary with patients, families, Crusader support staff, other advanced practice providers, physicians as well as internal and external consultants in order to provide the appropriate high level of care. Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
