[JH1]How is "at risk" determined? And, how/where is the plan documented?
[KM2]I do not know.
[KM3]Do we have a resolution to this statement on the job description?
[4]I didn't get an implicit answer but, we have a brief risk assessment and a more thorough assessment and it is our policy that if they are deemed a risk to themselves or someone else that we create a safety plan and it is to be forwarded to me (BH Director) for review. So, I think we are covered here. I just wanted to make sure I was reading it the same. I wasn't sure if medical had a different process.
[JH5]This may be more appropriate for BHCM as they document all this in the referral in eCW
[KM6]That is up to you to change the job description- if you feel that it is better suited to the BHCM role, make that change
