THE POSITION
Type of clinic/specialty: FQHC · Outpatient, Primary Care Setting
How many hours per week: 40
Typical Work Hours: 5/8's or 4/10's depending on specific clinic
Whom else will the provider be working with?, is this a solo position: Most Elica clinics include MD/DO FP or IM, pediatrician and Advanced Practice Clinicians
How many patients per day: 3 per hour (20 minute slots)
Call schedule: 2-3 times per year, one week at a time (over the phone only--no in person). We have a Nursing triage line that fields initial call.

Compensation and benefits
Salary range: $131,000-170,000
Production or quality incentive: N/A

CME time: One week paid time
CME allowance: $1,500
Loan repayment?: NHSC, SLRP or PSLF programs

Interview Process: Initial phone screen; then one hour virtual interview scheduled with CMO
Contract Process: Offer letter and employment agreement
NHSC Loan Repayment: This position is at a National Health Service Corps (NHSC)-approved site. Base salary: $131,040 - $170,352/yr. Providers here may qualify for up to $75,000 in tax-free federal student-loan repayment over a 2-year full-time commitment — a total potential first-two-years package of up to $415,704 ($340,704 in base salary over two years + up to $75,000 in loan repayment). Award amounts depend on the annual application cycle and your eligibility.
