Your New Role:
• Position: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Psych NP)
• Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent
• Setting: Outpatient facility and occasional work in a satellite rural clinic
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm; potential for 3 days onsite and 2 days telemedicine after establishing in the role
• Experience: Must be capable of medication management, medication evaluations, and Suboxone prescribing; participation on the ACT team
• Patient Population: Primarily adult patients

In this Role:
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at a healthcare facility in Lyon County, MN, you will be providing vital mental health services in an outpatient setting. You will be in the primary location clinic with occasional days spent at a satellite rural clinic. The role involves medication management, medication evaluations, and Suboxone prescribing, and you will participate in the ACT team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no call duties, and there is potential for a hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days of telemedicine after you are established in the role. You will be primarily working with adult patients, contributing to a non-profit organization that has been serving the community for over six decades.
