The Providence Community Health Centers, with 8 outpatient primary care clinics in the city of Providence, offers:

• WORK-LIFE BALANCE:Full-time is 4 clinic weekdays plus remote Admin time. No weekends.
• COLLABORATION:Each of our primary care clinics has a team of providers including Nurse Practitioners, Family Physicians, Internists, Pediatricians, Ob-Gyns, CNMs, Behavioral Health counselors and access to clinical Pharmacists.
• STAFF SUPPORT:Each primary care clinician leads a team including an RN and medical assistant.
• IN-HOUSE REFERRALS: Our specialty clinics include optometry, podiatry, dental, rheumatology, and asthma-allergy.
• EMR is Epicwith access to Ai scribe and translation for best practice.
• DIVERSE PATIENTS AND REWARDING WORK: Our clinicians have a heart for community health and the cultural competency to care for a diverse patient population.

Qualifications:

• Family Nurse Practitioner with 2-3+ years’ experience as primary care provider.
• Medical License in Rhode Island
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
