Nurse Practitioner - Pediatrics

This position will play a key role in providing quality dental care in our fast-growing primary care facility. The prime focus will be examining, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for infections and injuries of the teeth and mouth. Carrying out the treatment plan in a competent and efficient manner is expected. The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides professional medical services in the community health center setting. The NP will provide comprehensive medical services for patients of the health center. The NP will collaborate with other health care professionals and with the Medical Director in the management of patients and their coordination, referral, and follow-up care.

In this full-time or part-time, 100% outpatient clinical position, the physician will provide primary care, including physical examinations, treatment, preventive care, and education for patients in accordance with Elica’s protocols and evidence-based medical guidelines. The Primary Care Physician will provide clinical consultation and supervision for advanced practice clinicians. This Primary Care Physician will be located at one of our Sacramento or Yolo county area locations.
