Position Summary
The Pediatrician provides high-quality, patient-centered medical care to children within the scope of Health West services and clinical guidelines. This role works collaboratively with clinical leadership and care teams to support quality outcomes, patient access, and community health.
The provider participates in team-based care, supports quality improvement initiatives, and helps advance Health West’s mission to serve underserved and diverse populations.
Schedule
Full-time, 40-hour work week, Monday–Friday.
Hospital privileges at a local hospital are required to provide newborn (NB) rounding as needed. Participation in a pediatric call group may also be required.

Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
