Urology Advanced Practice Provider

AdventHealth Redmond is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join their growing Urology team in a full-time, clinic-based role. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, patient-centered environment within a nationally recognized health system committed to whole-person care. The role offers a collaborative practice with experienced urologists and care teams, an established patient base, and a strong referral network.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urologic care in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
• Perform office-based procedures as appropriate
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment and prevention strategies
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Board certification required (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
• Current Georgia licensure or eligibility
• Experience in urology or related specialty preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
