The Group : Springfield Medical Care Systems, Inc. (SMCS) is an innovative community based healthcare system that integrates a system of care that is patient-centered and emphasizes quality, access and affordability for all. Our health center network consists of ten Federally Qualified Community Health Center sites and include walk in care, primary and preventative health care, pediatrics, diagnostic lab and radiology services, health screenings, outpatient behavioral health services, dental and vision care. Springfield Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital and provides services to patients of the community health center network among others. The Hospital offers 24 hour emergency care, general surgery, hospitalist services, and comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services.
The Position : Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care
Outpatient rural health clinic
Clinic hours M - F 8 - 6pm
32 clinical hours per week with 8 admin hours
Will see scheduled and walk-in patients
They have many community partners to work with to help improve the quality of care in the area
No weekends or call required
They'll be working with other NP's, PA's, and an MD Seeing all ages Basic Primary Care position in a community health setting provides safe therapeutic care in holistic and systemic way will work with an MD, but exercises independent judgment in assessments

Salary ranges $120K - $150K
