PROVIDER NEEDS TO HAVE ER/URGENT CARE EXPERIENCE IN THEIR BACKGROUND..

The location -

Copper Center, with a population of about 370 people, has long, cold winters and relatively warm summers. There are 3500 people in the valley. You can reach Anchorage via roadway. Anchorage is a 3.5 hour drive. Fairbanks is also accesible by road, it's approximately 4 hours.

The organization -

CRNA is a Tribal Health Organization established through six compacted Ahtna Villages; Cantwell, Gakona, Gulkana, Kluti-Kaah, Mentasta and Tazlina. We understand providing excellent health care requires a comprehensive approach that respects the connection between emotional, physical, spiritual, and community health.

The position -

Full time
Outpatient primary care is the majority of the patients
Urgent/emergent walk in patients a part of your day
Monday - Friday
8:30 - 5:30pm
Seeing all ages of patients
Approximately 10 - 12 patients per day
Working with a great support staff (MA's, RN's and EMT's)
Working with other NP's/PA's
Medical Director always available by phone
Emergency Medicine support always available through Telehealth physician in Anchorage
No Call
EMR - Sterner

Compensation and benefits -

Salary range of $160,000 - $170,000
Comprehensive benefits
