Sparta Community Hospital is a 25-bed full-service acute care medical facility, which is a fully licensed and certified Medicare and Medicaid provider. Sparta Community Hospital continually monitors the health needs of the communities we serve so that we can continue to provide Quality Health Care Close to home. Sparta Community Hospital's Medical / Surgical Floor Includes 21 beds, and is staffed by a group of caring professionals.

The Position
Full time position
Working in Hospital rounding, Rural Health Clinic and Skilled Nursing
Provide care for all ages of patients
Key duties include charting medical information, preparing orders and referrals, and managing administrative tasks
Call responsibilities so provider must live in the area
Day shift
7 days on 7 days off


Compensation and benefits
Salary of $108,000 - $157,000 DOE
